1. 牛肋条解冻泡血水之后擦干水分

2. 加入肉质量1/4sp的盐,2勺生抽,2勺蚝油,2勺蜂蜜,蒜末,胡椒粉5抖,抓匀搅拌

3. 烤盘里垫两层锡纸,把牛肋条封好,腌制30~60min

4. 300F烤2.5~3小时

5. 取出烤盘,取出锡纸包,烤盘新铺一张锡纸,夹出牛肋条,不用密封;烤箱400F预热

6. 番茄酱+日本烧烤汁 1:1混合,均匀刷在牛肋条上,烤5-10分钟取决于火力
