Anyone facing: Config File "propeller" Not Found in "[/tmp]" ?

I tried

docker run -it -e PROPELLER_CONFIG_FILE_PATH=/tmp -e PROPELLER_BROKER_REDIS_ADDRESS=localhost:6379 -v $(pwd)/tmp:/etc --network="host" quay.io/abhishekvrshny/propeller

as well as

docker run -it -e PROPELLER_CONFIG_FILE_PATH=/tmp/propeller -e PROPELLER_BROKER_REDIS_ADDRESS=localhost:6379 -v $(pwd)/tmp:/etc --network="host" quay.io/abhishekvrshny/propeller

as well as

docker run -it -e PROPELLER_CONFIG_FILE_PATH=/tmp/propeller.toml -e PROPELLER_BROKER_REDIS_ADDRESS=localhost:6379 -v $(pwd)/tmp:/etc --network="host" quay.io/abhishekvrshny/propeller

with the config file always in correct path as specified in PROPELLER_CONFIG_FILE_PATH.

Still I'm stuck at

Config File "propeller" Not Found

The config file I'm using is this as specified in docs.

Anyone facing this? What can be wrong?

FYI: I already have redis and nats running in specified ports.
