Suggesting New Maps

Create a way for users to suggest new maps. Ultimately, the staff will add the maps as to prevent spam.

I think this is something which we can put as last feature on the list. I feel like we should only support maps in the comp map pool, which changes like one or two times a year.

Yeah, in terms of priority, I don't rate this very high. However, since this is open source, if somebody else wants to do the work, I won't tell them no :P
