Options in General page are not saved in Visual Studio 2019

The options on the General page are not saved in Visual Studio 2019.
No matter which checkboxes are checked, after saving, en re-opening the Options window, all checkboxes are unchecked again.

I want Exceptional to inspect private methods, but I'm unable to.

Hey, thanks for your feedback. I think its the same issue like #107 and if I have enought time I will fix it this weekend.
