Hello, Dan Marsden!

I really liked your design of the Decaf theme, so I wanted to use it on my website http://nanotechnology.sfedu.ru.

I'm very detailed study of your code and made a number of edits:

1. made translation of the theme in Russian;
2. adapted the theme to multilingual content;
3. added support for custom favicons;
4. to the list of languages ​​added flags, that can be turned off in the theme settings
