Hi i had this problem on 90004 model and it would not boot and only showed "reading disk” forever or "The disc could not be read." And I am trying a lot of ways to launch ulauncherELF but its not working. i have wasted many dvds.
The solution :
I try this one. -Press the power button on the console many times with the DVD inside and it will open the ulauncherELF. I hope it helped
