AltGr Keys don't work on Steam-Keyboard in Desktop Mode #95

I installed CachyOS Handheld on my SteamDeck LCD and I am more than impressed of what you have done and how insane good your CachyOS is! Just WOW!
I installed it with German language and CET Timezone set to Berlin.
KDE Plasma for Desktop
I gave it a try because:
I wanted to have a development environment for Switch Homebrew Apps on my SteamDeck.
I definetly wanted Arch Linux like original SteamOS.
Issue with Keyboard on Desktop Mode:
Everywhere I can type in Text I just have to Press X-Button to get the virtual Keyboard of SteamOS = good!
If I touch the same Area with my finger the Virtual Keyboard comes up and overlaps the SteamOS one = I know how to disable that Keyboard, but I keep it to write all signs where I have to press AltGr on the SteamOS one.
I can't write these with the SteamOS Keyboard in Desktop Mode (in Gaming Mode it Works and that's really weird):
² ³ { [ ] } \ ~ @ € | = for all of these signs I have to use AltGr Key but it doesn't write it.
Temp Solution: I touch the screen where I want to use one of those to get the virtual Keyboard and write them.
That makes me sick and it is stupid for me.
Went to System > Systemsettings > Keyboard and activated German > German (nodeadkeys) = didn't help
Created a file in ~/etc/environment.d and called it 60-keyboard.conf with these two lines in it:
XKB_DEFAULT_LAYOUT=de
XKB_DEFAULT_VARIANT=nodeadkeys
That didn't help either.
Opened STEAM Client > Settings and saw that language is set to German (thought, if it is set to english, that this would cause the Issue) so that's also not the Problem.
I'm lost and I am NOT a Linux pro (coming from Windows but since SteamOS on the way to Linux Systems)
Can anyone Help me?
Can someone fix that?
Am I missing something and it is just a setting that has to be made?
