We downloaded [CO1_ncbi_mito.tar.gz] from the repo on Zenodo and while reviewing the summary.csv we noticed that there are errors in the Superclass field. There are a large number of sequences that are incorrectly identified as Sarcopterygii (Superclass) that are classified as Aves or Mammalia as Class.
