calcofi_phytoplankton (Venrick) is ingested (#28) and already on ERDDAP, but the SOW lists EDI as the target portal for phytoplankton. Build an EDI submission (EML + data tables) from the released phyto_* tables. Note the upstream source is itself an EDI package (knb-lter-cce.254.4), so coordinate with CCE-LTER to avoid duplication — this may become a CalCOFI-integrated revision/derivative rather than a new package.
