SOW Visualize deliverable: expand the integrated app (app.calcofi.io/int) hexagonal summaries across the newly ingested datasets — krill (euphausiids), zooplankton, marine mammals & seabirds (bird/mammal census), and phytoplankton. Implementation lives in CalCOFI/int-app + the api-h3t H3 tile endpoint (Python rewrite in CalCOFI/api-h3t-py, which already adds the cached on-the-fly hex endpoint by extent/zoom).
