Dashboard and settings pages exist, but state handling consistency is unclear across client/app/dashboard/ and settings pages.

• Each core page has explicit loading, empty, and error states.
• States are visually consistent.
• Tests cover each state branch.

Fixed in PR #754. Added loading.tsx (skeleton), error.tsx (error boundary with retry), and an empty state for the analytics route. All three states are now explicitly handled and visually consistent.
