I notice that the site still has odd rx1day annual values (~300mm for montreal) so am creating a follow up check list for Portal integration

For tnlt_-25 : Annual future values seem to be labeled/colored wrong.

RCP 8.5 should have the least # of days <-25C , followed by RCP 4.5 in the middle and 2.6 with the most
