the download scripts must all present version and other meta-data to the application in a consistent fashion

Different data sources have different versioning schemes. The .bash download scripts must both document the download dates AND, to extent possible, the download versioning approach of the data source.

The resulting .yaml files created by each download script are returned as a formatted string by a "download_version()" function added to each relevant pdbmap library module.
