Can't get web tool to work

Hi! Thanks for developing this tool. I currently use a custom-built Matlab code to generate my calcium imaging metrics, but I thought I'd try your tool to see if it's more user-friendly for people learning how to generate this data. I downloaded your example image, uploaded it onto the http://cardiap.herokuapp.com/ site, cropped it to the presets, and clicked analyze with the preset analysis settings and received an error (see images below). If I could get some feedback on this, that would be excellent!
