Add Fact Metrics in order to filter the contact page.

Currently, the Contact page displays all families and individuals as a static list, without considering their participation in activities within the application.

We need to implement logic that allows filtering families and individuals based on their recorded activities. Example use cases include:

• Families who served during a specific time period

• Individuals who were served within a given date range

• Participation in specific Arrangements

I would also include families/individuals who were in a certain approval status for a certain role within the given date range.
