Upgrade JS dependencies to a recent version

Migrate all the package.json depencies and the dependencies from assets/lib

All the dependencies from the package.json has been migrated and some from the assets/lib but there are still some dependencies pending to be migrated:

• lib/bootstrap/2.3.1: Needs to change the page markup of the templates using it
• lib/jquery/plugins: Needs verification on the manager views using it
• lib/jquery-ui: Needs verification on the manager views using it and manager template
• lib/text.js: Referenced in grocery crud tiny_mce's plugins folder
