Rename “Collection” to “Folder” or “Directory”

The term “Collection” is confusing in the context of cultural heritage.

(I'm not involved with this project at all, but...) I learned today that collection is very common in iRODS speak. Folder and directory, on the other hand, is too closely linked to file systems.
