collapsed navbar does not push down main-nav

Honestly I'm not sure if this is a bug or the expected behavior.... @nathanyoung?

Instead of displaying the collapsed content here and pushing content down, we should make it more responsive so that instead of showing the hamburger we just show the (?) icon and collapse the username to just a user icon.

Additionally, if we need to scale down further for say iPhone 5 screens, we could collapse the logo down to just the burst. See Status in Monocle for an example of how I did that.

We can't do the logo collapsing because of custom branding (customers can upload their own logo).
