I am getting the following error when trying to get the verification code for Alpha ESS

"code": 6009,
"The request timestamp is not within the validity period"

1. I have checked time and region settings in Windows 
2. I have unchecked Hardware Clock in UTC
3. I am in Melbourne Australia
