Embed Annotation Points in Straightened Volume Metadata #75
Description
Embed the annotation points exported during the slice geometry pipeline step (#74) and embed in the generated straightened volume file as metadata. Check for most standards compliant approach.
For multi-tiff output, store all points in the first .tif image metadata.
Implementation Detail:
The previous step stores the annotation points in pipeline_input.annotation_points.
