Create optimized fork of whisper.cpp

Currently in our package we include whole whisper package, but we don't really need examples, binding and many other files. To reduce the size of whisper cpp we can remove all these dir and fix cmake errors.

Tasks:

• Fork whisper.cpp repository
• Create optimized branch
• Remove unnecessary directories (examples, unused bindings)
• Update CMakeLists.txt to remove references to removed directories
• Test the optimized version
• Update package.json to use the optimized fork
