Travis tests on ubuntu:focal docker gets stalled on go tests #1028
Description
Current Behavior
All go UT tests on ubuntu:focal (20.04) VM and docker get passed, but tests.sh gets stalled in Travis tests.
All the gNMI UT tests (gnmi_tests.sh) on Travis pass.
Steps to Reproduce
Enable go tests in tests.sh and commit the code to git repository. Watch Travis test run.
