Wordbank recipe doesn't work

I've tried with random assortments of items and can't seem to get anything to work. Other people have also reported that they can't get the wordbank recipe to work. 

When trying to run the recipe, you get "Not enough materials available". Not sure if it's a recipe config issue, or code issue
