If you want even further dragging, you can actually fling while dragging. Just tap on the screen before the cursor stops will continue the drag. |

Hi!
First of all, thank you very much for your amazing work on Artemis! It’s an incredible project — I really enjoy using it, and it works great for my needs.
I just wanted to share a small suggestion regarding the two touchpad modes — Trackpad (Natural) and Trackpad (Gaming).
In the Natural mode, I really like how dragging (mouse drag) works via double tap — it feels very intuitive. However, on larger screens like tablets, it’s a bit hard to move the cursor across the whole screen in one motion, since there’s no way to adjust touch sensitivity.
In the Gaming mode, the adjustable sensitivity works perfectly for large screens, but dragging is done via long press instead of double tap, which feels a bit slower and less comfortable to me personally.
I’ve already mentioned this issue before here: #252. I tried the latest version as you suggested, and while the cursor acceleration works fine, it still doesn’t quite solve the problem on larger tablet screens.
If you ever have a free moment in the future, it would be amazing if either of these could be added:
An option to adjust sensitivity in Trackpad (Natural) mode, or
An option to use double-tap drag in Trackpad (Gaming) mode.
Of course, this is just a small feature request — I completely understand if it’s not a priority. I really appreciate all the work you’ve already done on this project and the time you put into it. I’m sure many users (including me) are very grateful for your efforts.
Thanks again for your great work!
