[Feature request]: Better Latency for the Fire TV Cube 3rd #515

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • High Latency (25ms-30ms for 4k 60fps Hevc)
  • Non working AV1 Codec

Describe the solution you'd like

The Fire TV Sticks are very fast now, thanks to many optimizations here in regards to mtk socs etc.
Sadly the Fire TV Cube Flagship Device from Amazon is another Story.
It apparently has some kind of custom amlogic soc and in comparison its worse than all (or most of) the fire sticks.
Instead of 5ms it is somewhere in the 25ms-30ms decoding range.
Its still kind of okay, especially on 2k which is only 12-13ms decoding time.

but since i see lots of efforts here with this project to make devices fast, i thought to maybe ask for possible optimizations as kind of feature request. I know that its not easy, but maybe someone at some point has an idea or solution to get more out of this little box / cube. its a bit of a shame since its a very fast box, but when it comes to moonshine decoding, there are probably better clients. also something strange is the non function of the av1 codec. apparently av1 is not working at all for some reason with moonlight. the box has av1 but it only gives a black screen.
so maybe latency and the av1 codec could be fixed/improved in the future, that would be awesome.
