Updates to mockup as of Feb 2026

Suggested during team meetings in February 2026:

1. Instead of refresh button on each page, place in the bottom of each data container.
2. Restructure the external databases view as follows:
   • Place the "other evidence resources" directly below the clinvar containers
   • Combine the variant genomic context into the genome browsers and variant databases container (this container will be at the bottom). One suggestion would be as shown in this screenshot (the v0 link to this is https://v0.app/chat/genome-browsers-lTgvc5lAsPf#NomOkxiFHcHzIg9vGzJjMGZ1RLoBOZvx )
