CloudComPy plugin run inside CloudCompare

Hello, I am looking to develop/run a python script and run it inside the CloudCompare application. I have CloudCompare v2.13.2 and have installed CloudComPy using miniconda. I can successfully import CloudComPy and open up a point cloud in a script in VS Code but I can not when I open the same Python file in CloudCompare. I get the following error.

I believe it might be due to my environment not being activated or something. I have searched to see if others have the same problems and also have not found much documentation on how to get it to work in CloudCompare.

Any help is much appreciated!

Unfortunately, CloudComPy and the CloudCompare Python plugin are not compatible! These two Python interfaces were developed separately and at the same time without any knowledge of the other interface...
This situation is undoubtedly unsatisfactory, but both projects have their own user communities, and merging the two is no easy task...
