CoastalME Recent Progress

Hi All,

Following on the recent changes in coastalme, it seems like we may be starting to get somewhere with it all.

I have now been able to run the supplied happisburg model for 7 years (admittedly I was aiming for 20 until it crashed).
This was at 3hr timesteps and took approx 2hrs saving every month.

I have tweaked a couple of the inputs and have no justification as to why other than trying to coax it into life.
I believe though looking at the two output video clips below (produced with the assistance of CoastalMEtools) we can start to see some promise.

There are still some quirks, but also a significant amount of progress.
