Republican City Committee has so far not responded to multiple requests for updates.
We need to combine the tabs into one CSV for uploads. We ideally want to preserve social mediate/related website entries and other data if the name is the same and blank out most if the name has changed.
We should cross-check the number of divisions listed with the calculated number from the geojson file.
This is important prep for the many updates expected after the 2022 primary.
