Capture birth dates/years from search results

Although the portal only shows XX/XX/yyyy for non-attorney logins, this birth year can be used to filter results. This filtering is generally only needed for name search results, but—if possible—we need to capture it for case number searches as well, because it is not included in the case data pages and if we skip cases that are already in DynamoDB, we might miss it.
