Claude code review runs on each push

Each review cost review and sometimes the developer pushes to github but does not actually want to run the Claude code review because he knows that there are more changes he is going to make and push.

So developers should have a way to define when their work is complete and when would they would like to review.

One possible approach is add a label - `status: ready for review`
