When running ./scripts/env_fetch.sh all to initialize the SHELTER workspace environment, the build setup process gets interrupted and fails during the repo sync stage. The failure occurs because the upstream Linaro server (git.linaro.org) hosting the workspace manifest returns a strict HTTP 504 Gateway Timeout error.
