[Signup Flow] Only "Display name" is used when signing up via google, "Screen name" is not represented anywhere

Bug description

The information inputted into the "Screen name" option on the google auth sign in is not used on the page "The Basics" on the "Display name" information is used

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the registration page
2. Enter the users email and password
3. Click the "Google" button to sign in with google
4. Click the "Add new account" button
5. In the pop up window enter the users email, display name and screen name
6. Click "Sign in with Google.com"
7. Progress through the onboarding section until at "The Basics"
8. Observe the "Display name" and "Username" fields

Expected behavior

Under the assumption that the "Screen name" is supposed to be the "Username" then when arriving on "The Basics" page the information in the two fields should match what the user input prior, the "Display name" field appears to work as intended.

I think the screen name is just a param in the firebase emulator. In the real firebase, we only get access to those values

Right now we infer the username from the email address, but I'm open to improvement suggestions.
