Add ability to read stdout from MOOSE to catch broken runs

When running a broken MOOSE script various error cases occur these should be able to be detected by redirecting stdout and reading the stdout.process.X file and looking for key strings that indicate different error conditions.

You may need my run directory call fix from #20 as otherwise it doesn't seem to generate the std.processor.0 stdout files in the right place / or at all
