Publish to Microsoft Store

@tomasr78 in order to publish the app to Microsoft Store we need a Microsoft developer account: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store/register/

We can publish the app to the Microsoft store without code signing (Microsoft store signs the code automatically). However, if you also want to have an install for Windows ready to download from our website, we need to sign the code to avoid warnings during the download and installation process. But it is not necessary.
