[Bug]: Dashboard onboarding says “Create your first page” even after editing and publishing the seeded Home page

Summary

On a fresh install, Instatic creates a seeded Home page. I edited that Home page and published it. The page is live, and the dashboard Pages widget shows 1 Published.

However, the onboarding checklist still shows Step 03, “Create your first page,” as NOT STARTED.

For a new user, this is confusing because it feels like Instatic has not recognized the page work I just completed. It makes me wonder whether I did something wrong or whether the dashboard is not tracking the published page correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start with a fresh Instatic install that has the seeded Home page.
2. Open the seeded Home page in the site editor.
3. Edit the page content.
4. Publish the page.
5. Return to the dashboard.
6. Notice that the Pages widget shows 1 Published, but onboarding Step 03 still says Create your first page and NOT STARTED.

Expected behavior

The dashboard should make it clear that the published Home page has been recognized.

Either Step 03 should be marked complete after the seeded Home page is edited and published, or the wording should clearly explain that the step means creating an additional page beyond the starter Home page.

Actual behavior

The dashboard shows mixed signals.

The Pages widget shows 1 Published, but onboarding Step 03 still says Create your first page and remains NOT STARTED.

As a new user, this makes it feel like the dashboard has not recognized the published page, even though the page is live.
