Upgrading to version 1.3 and having issues with the previous version

Describe the bug 🐞

I'm upgrading the Coreflux in my device and I'm using the Hub Version v1.3
I unistalled the Coreflux service from my device but if I open the Hub and go the install Central, in the installed tab I can still see the previous central services showing as installed

Steps to Reproduce 🔄

1. Use the Coreflux Hub 1.3
2. uninstall the previous Coreflux central services
3. Check the status in the Hub of the Installed services

Expected behavior ✅

To be able to monitor what are the Coreflux Central services that are installed in my machine
