[BUG] - Installing multiple Centrals in my machine

Describe the bug 🐞

By mistake I installed a second Coreflux central Broker in my device, but I can't put it to run, also there is no way for me to connect to this second broker as I can't define the connection port when installing the Broker
If I want to install it How can I use the 2nd one?

Steps to Reproduce 🔄

1. Install the 1 first broker
2. Install the second one
3. check the status

Expected behavior ✅

The Hub should not allow me to install the 2nd central broker.
