Add category, state, district, resource reference lists (import range possible) to generated Google sheet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As exported Google sheet becomes popular, many volunteers will start using it. Currently when I add more value to a copy of this sheet, I don't see value validations.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add new sheets to exported Google sheet with reference data. It will be better to use 'import range' function instead of copying data manually.
