Add cache file if user wishes

I'm tired of writing my pass for everything and since this pass manager is local it should be fine.
The difficulty comes in deleting the cache after a timeout. I don't know how I would do that without a daemon. Maybe a subprocess that sleeps and deletes it after a timeout.
