This only makes a diff to the submitter so it's kind of a small issue, but someone brought this up with me.
If a notes "last changed timestamp" would be updated as well when commits are denied, the submitting user would receive the live version on their next pull instead of the pull after the next approved commit for the note.
At least this is what I assume after testing it. The drawback would be increased note updates = increased load per pull.
