The GitHub GraphQL API does not provide a way to pin repositories to a user's profile via mutation. This makes it impossible to programmatically pin a repo, especially on mobile where the UI is limited. Please consider adding a mutation (or similar) to the GraphQL API so that tools and scripts can manage pinned repos.
