Let user know when book ends #8

I suggest a spoken announcement using text-to-speech at the end of playback
of a whole book, letting the user know the book has ended.

Most DAISY books have recorded announcements at the very end to let the
reader know the end of the book has been reached. This is not universal
though, it depends on the library that recorded the book and when it was
done. Privately created DAISY books often don't have this. When Olearia
becomes able to read text-only DAISY and bookshare books, and other plain
text files many of these certainly won't have "this is the end"
announcements as part of their text.

I just noticed this today when I got to the end of a DAISY book which
somehow happened no to have a "this is the end" message and confusedly
tried to figure out what had gone wrong with Olearia! I didn't realise the
book had ended.
