Jeed recipe is missing conditions entry

The [immunity](https://github.com/CyberRat7/Venturer/blob/master/src/main/resources/data/jeed/recipes/immunity.json) recipe for JEED compat is missing a conditions entry checking whether JEED is loaded. This result in a parsing error and log clutter if JEED is not installed.
