Exclude removed image results from results csv or add column that flags whether the scan was removed

I noticed for HBCD for example that the results csv file includes the swipes results for the erroneous mosaic images we removed early on (e.g. `sub-XXXXXX_ses-XXX_run-1_space-MNI152NLin6Asym_desc-mosaic_T2w`) - this isn't a huge deal, but it would be nice to either remove those from the results csv or add a column to make it clear that they were removed
