In added layers, deleting a relation should also delete all meta-relations in which it belongs

In any added layer:

• Deleting a relation should also delete all meta-relations in which it belongs:
  • On screen.
  • In the MEI.
• Likewise, deleting a meta-…-relation should also delete all its parent meta-…-relations.
  • On screen
  • In the MEI.

@yrammos Is it a justified feature to allow the user to delete relations on which depend meta-relation? Maybe not allowing this (the user would have to delete the upper meta-...-relations first) could make sense and avoid potential mistakes?

Good point, @Crowerade. Indeed, it would not make sense to actually delete the lower-level without deleting the higher-level entity. This is why we assume that the intention is to delete both. This is essentially a shortcut: having to delete the meta-relation first would be too time-consuming for such a common-operation.
