Add release ribbon to Registry Guide

Add (perhaps an option?) a "release ribbon" for each message registry to the output of the registry guide generator.

This is useful for readers to map the "version added" to a release timeframe (DSP8011 bundle version), as implementations tend to inform users of their Redfish support based on the bundle versions.

This will likely require the tool to check each minor revision of each registry to acquire the release term for each version.
