Thank you for reporting this issue.

We've identified the root cause. The module was not sending the required predict parameter to the DPD API. Some DPD accounts (like yours) have Predict SMS service configured as mandatory, which causes shipment creation to fail without this parameter.

We've prepared a fix and would like to ask you to test it. Please install the attached module ZIP on a staging environment first, just to be safe, and try creating a shipment again.
