Error on new install

PS 8.2.4, php 8.1, module v3.3.0

After module install and config, on navigating to Admin -> Orders error appaears
"Unable to generate a URL for the named route "dpdbaltics_print_label_order_view" as such route does not exist. See attachment

These issues don’t appear to be caused by the module itself, but rather by the environment or the installation state.

Regarding the route error this is a known behavior in PrestaShop 8.x where the Symfony route cache is not always rebuilt properly after installing a module. The module routes are defined correctly, but the cache needs to be cleared manually.

You can fix this by clearing the cache:

rm -rf var/cache/*

As for the SQL errors, the id_order and return_pl_number columns are part of the module’s default table structure and are created during installation. These errors usually mean that the dpd_shipment table already exists in the database, but with an incomplete structure.

This typically happens if the module was installed before and some dpd_* tables were left behind. Since CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS does not modify existing tables, it won’t fix a partially created schema.

To resolve this properly, please:

• Uninstall the module
• Manually remove all dpd_* tables from the database
• Clear the cache again (rm -rf var/cache/*)
• Reinstall the module

If this is truly a fresh installation with no previous DPD module installed, could you please share the output of:

DESCRIBE ps_dpd_shipment;

That will help us verify whether the table was created correctly.
