Iterate service can exclude & specify annotators #257
Description
Dalphi will show annotation documents to annotators accordingly.
Use case: A document has already been annotated by annotator Alice. For the inter-annotator-agreement (IAA) it's important, that the same document will be shown to a second (and a third) annotator - but not to Alice again.
